5 /5 Tool Man: This is NOT a fancy restaurant, so don’t expect it to be one, BUT the staff is very friendly and the service is great and the food is very authentic. This is either a restaurant inside a grocery store, or a grocery store inside a restaurant; your choice. The tortilla chips were hot out of the fryer, and I loved the Spanish television on in the background; I could practice my Spanish translation while I ate. One suggestion is they should light the outside a little better at night because it’s difficult to tell that it’s open at night.

5 /5 Shashi Tiwari: There’s a reason this spot is so well rated. The food is great, and the service was even better. It’s a low key spot, with the restaurant side being a casual eatery tucked into the right side of a grocery store - just order at the counter when you walk in and take a seat at any of the booths. The flavors were fresh and the Chef was super accommodating to my dietary restrictions—they let me know exactly what to order for strict vegetarians, and although I didn’t get too much on my first visit, I’m excited to come back and try everything else that I can. By the way, their chips are totally worth the hype, and I recommend asking for some fresh jalapeño diced into your pico de gallo. If you’re a strict vegetarian like I am and worried about cross contamination, ask to speak to Gio. He’ll take care of you and ensure are no issues.
