The Diner Mountain Lakes - (Near Cleveland, GA)

5 /5 Jonathan Beacher: Folksy friendly spot to enjoy brunch or lunch and some days dinner. After seeing the almost perfect Google Review rating, we decided to stop here instead of seeking parking in Helen or Cleveland, glad we tried this spot, well be back. When you walk in the door, you are greeted by the kitchen staff (you can watch them at work) and Kitty, the friendliest server ever. Shell make sure your order is just right and set up your table, providing interesting and entertaining conversation as if you were part of her family. The food is good, crunchy fries that were tender inside came with my burger, and the omlets my guests had were fine! Plenty of parking, but we didnt know at first the diner was down the hill path past the golf recreation area, finally found it! The diner is inside the Mountain Lakes resort area but the guard at the gate lets you in when you tell them you are visitng the diner.

5 /5 Shane Cody: This diner has always been amazing, The staff gives this diner a real cozy homey atmosphere. Not to mention today I tried their Philly cheesesteak, which was better than Phillys I had in Philadelphia. I highly recommend dining here. Ashley, Michelle, Wanda really made this eating experience wonderful.

1 /5 Kim Haynes: I don’t know what has happened at the Diner but everything has changed for the worse! Where is Kitty and her amazing team? My food Friday night was terrible! No one is welcoming or helpful anymore! She always made sure your food was correct and good. She always made sure you had everything you needed and wanted! She also had an amazing personality! Mountain Lakes has really made a big mistake letting her go!! I guess I’ll have to start cooking at my campsite and I don’t like that! I go camping to get away from everything and that includes cooking. I’m not a happy camper anymore!!! Miss you Kitty❤️
