McDonald’s - Ringgold

Rating: 5 /5
Lucas George This is the best McDonalds that has not yet opened. Many people were tired of looking at trees on this corner lot and thought, you know what we need here…a McDonalds. And here we are. Too bad they weren’t here for Christmas to give customers another place to find out the Grinch Meal was sold out. I think they should place a ceremonial bronze McRib outside on the corner of Battlefield Parkway to cement their dedication to the town. Thanks.

Family Affair - Sparta

KJs Grilling Company - Fort Gaines

Rating: 4.6 /5
Trey Glass This was my first ever experience with KJ’s and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. From the outside it didn’t look like much. In fact I almost missed it entirely. It’s a quaint little hole in the wall joint in Ft Gaines. The food however was absolutely delicious. I had the chicken tender platter buffaloed with fries. The food was cooked to order so it was hot and fresh. Perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. Service was top notch. This place definitely surprised me and that’s saying a lot. I definitely recommend KJ’s anytime you’re in Ft Gaines, Ga. You won’t be disappointed.

Flaming Fusion — Chinese & Thai & Japanese - Winder

Rating: 4.8 /5
Alexs Lyfe This location has seen quite a few changes over the years and bringing in Asian-inspired flare to Winder is a plus in my book. Plenty of parking. The hostess was friendly and sat our party of 3 immediately - Plenty of seating is available in the dining room, at the bar, and outside. Music was playing overhead and tvs are placed throughout; the staff even let our party change one of the tvs to a Sunday football game --thank you!! The dining area was clean, restrooms clean/stocked, tables were ready for patrons and we were ready to eat. Menu has a variety of thai, chinese and japanese favorites. We dined during lunch hours (which are available 7 days a week here -- bonus!!) We ordered the Masaman Curry with tofu and coconut soup along with 2 orders of Chicken and Steak Hibachi with mushroom soup. The meals were full of flavor and great portion sizes. Chicken and Steak were cooked and sized perfectly. The coconut soup was absolutely delicious. The curry dish was spiced just right and the rice hit the spot, although i do wish the tofu pieces were cut larger. We patiently waited for the opening and now that weve been able to try it out, well definitely return!
