The Strand Bistro & Chophouse - (Near Jesup, GA)

Melissa Davis My second time at La Strada and it was fantastic! I am somewhat reluctant to bring attention to this gem as I hope to go back and it is not a huge space. The food was excellent. We tried two specials, ceasar salads, and the chicken piccata. The service was also excellent. Our server Michael was very personable and provided top notch service. Prices are very reasonable too.

Eva Halder Amazing BBQ spot! The thin onion rings are always perfectly crispy, the pulled pork nachos are loaded and full of flavor, and the Wagyu burger is juicy and delicious. Great service and awesome food. Wait staff is always very friendly and helpful too.

Narayan Mohanram Youve to order at the counter. They have a good selection of tortillas. You can get what you like on your burrito or taco. They include chips and salsa with your order. There is a good salsa bar with a ton of choices. The prices are very reasonable. Very tasty stuff. Id go back.

Chris Benson The wife and were exploring Georgia, and a search for peach cobbler led me here. A real Americana soul food joint with flair. Friendly people, fast service and outstandingly good food at a great price. The wife had ribs with mustard greens and green beans. She commented on the perfect seasoning and the texture. I tried the fried chicken with mac and cheese and green beans. The chicken was juicy, fell off the bone, and the batter was perfect. That mac and cheese was great also. While we were enjoying our meal in the screened-porch dining room, there was a constant flow of local customers that clearly come often. Do yourself a favor, and find this gem if you want to experience some Georgia soul.

JC Our server was good. Not great. Forgot to bring my drink refill; had to ask for it. Loved the Halloween theme going on. Didn’t have to wait for food. Shrimp spaghetti carbonara was amazing! I recommend this place. Will return and recommend.
