The Vault - (Near Milledgeville, GA)

1 /5 Raylene Wilbur: We were looking forward to a nice dinner out for New Years Eve...well we were so disappointed! Our appetizer was served cold. We waited at least 40 minutes on our entrees(the restaurant was not busy). Order steaks medium rare, they came out well done and not hot. Just was not a good experience at all. The wait staff and manager were all dressed very sloppy. With that beautiful, they should be dressed better. Definitely not worth the $$$ we paid

2 /5 A R: The vault is beautiful on the inside, nice decor. It was a bit cold, but no big deal. The server was very nice, but missed refilling my drink. We did have a larger party though so I understood. The food however was a miss for me. The menu seemed lacking and not what Id expect from the pictures Ive seen posted online by the restaurant The decor and the menu just dont match. And everything lacked flavor. We tried the jalapeno poppers, the salmon bites, truffle fries, sweet potato fries, and the steakhouse burger with the mashed potatoes. The sweet potato fries were great, but that was it. Everything else tasted bland. The serving of the mashed potatoes was also ridiculously small compared to what I would have gotten if I ordered fries instead. I saw shrimp and grits posted in one of the pictures online yet it wasnt on the menu at all. Maybe thats only a brunch item but that was disappointing. I think this place needs to decide if its going to be upscale or not, a tightening up of the menu, and definitely more seasoned food. Edit: thank you for the thoughtful reply. Im definitely not counting you out, and I know there can be growing pains. Ill come by again soon. I appreciate your openess to feedback and your candor.

5 /5 Brady Cone: The food is pretty good! Their tenders are a little small, but they may be the best tasting Ive had. Chance (I believe his name is) was the best server I think Ive had. Hes great, and remembered our kids preferences over a month after our first visit. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Bruce Miller: New restaurant in a newly renovated bank building in downtown Milledgeville, GA. Family group of 6 went around 5pm. Quickly seated. Good service good appetizers. Recommend the fried shrimp with a risotto side.

5 /5 Zafar: The food was excellent. We celebrated our 30th anniversary dinner. Loved the service and the unique boutique style.
