Cracker Barrel Old Country Store - Brunswick

Rating: 4.3 /5
Xulmai Babur Overall, we had a really solid experience at Cracker Barrel. The food was classic comfort done right, and most of the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming. Big shout-out to our server Devin P., he was excellent. Super attentive, friendly, and his southern accent was honestly refreshing and added to the whole Cracker Barrel vibe. Service like his is exactly what you expect when you come here. Food-wise, I ordered the sunny-side-up eggs, grits, fruit, and the cinnamon French toast. The French toast was delicious and comforting, the eggs were cooked just right, and the fruit was fresh. The peach iced tea, however, was very sweet, a bit too much for my taste, but that’s more personal preference than a knock on quality. Now, the only downside of the visit: there was a very short white lady at the front reception area who was unnecessarily rude. I was standing near the front for literally three seconds while recording a quick video before heading back to my table. She rolled her eyes and told incoming guests, “He’s just standing here, he’s not on the line,” in a condescending tone. It came off rude as hell and honestly bothered me throughout the rest of the meal. I was close to deducting a star because of that interaction. That said, everyone else especially our server was so kind and professional that I didn’t want one person’s attitude to reflect on the entire business. Because of that, I’m still giving Cracker Barrel a positive review. Great food, great atmosphere, and standout service from Devin P. Just wish the front-of-house attitude matched the hospitality the rest of the staff showed.

Jamaican Flava Caribbean Cooking - Warner Robins

WAS 007 In town for a few days and my nieces took me to Jamaican Flava. Loved the vibes. We enjoyed jerk chicken, curry chicken, ox tails, rice and beans, and cabbage. Food was delicious! The Red Stripe beer and music was a plus. Highly recommend Jamaican Flava as I will be back the next time I am in town.

Something Special Bar & Lounge - Conyers

Ashanti Hardison I came here for dinner to celebrate my birthday with a friend and it is truly SOMETHING SPECIAL!!! The food is amazing, drinks amazing, decor is so nice and everyone was so attentive. I even got a chance to meet the wonderful couple that owns the place. I am so glad they chose to bring their classy upcale restaurant to this area because we needed it! The bang-bang shrimp was so good! I ordered a 2nd one! The lamp chops were tender and juicy, mash potatoes and greens yummy!!! And last but not least. . my server Kayla was AWESOME!!! I came back a month or so later with another friend and now he loves this place too! This place has a DJ with a dance floor area on one side but if the music is too loud, there is a 2nd side with another bar that is also quiet, they thought of everything ! Thank you for bringing Something Special to Conyers!!!

LongHorn Steakhouse - Dublin

Rating: 4.3 /5
navid ghannad We decided to have a lunch at LongHorn Steakhouse in Dublin, GA while driving between Savannah and Atlanta. The restaurant offers a warm, inviting ambiance that transports diners to a classic ranch setting. The interior is spacious yet cozy, with rustic wooden furniture and booths that provide a comfortable dining experience. The décor truly embraces the feel of the Old West, adorned with cowboy memorabilia, including saddles, lasso ropes, and vintage photos of ranch life. The earthy tones of the walls and soft lighting make the atmosphere relaxed, while the cowboy-themed elements add a charming, nostalgic touch that feels authentic and welcoming. Our server was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt well taken care of throughout our meal. Her genuine enthusiasm and willingness to help made the dining experience pleasant from start to finish. For our main course, we ordered the 8 oz sirloin steak with loaded baked potatoes, which arrived promptly. My steak was cooked perfectly to order—juicy, flavorful, and tender, seasoned to enhance its natural flavors without overpowering them. However, my son requested his steak medium-rare but received one that was well-done. When we mentioned this to our waitress, she was quick to address the issue and returned with a new, perfectly cooked steak within just a couple of minutes. The manager even came to our table personally with the replacement steak, offering a sincere apology, which added a nice touch and made us feel valued as customers. Overall, both the food quality and the service were impressive. The menu offers solid value, with our meal totaling $54, including a $10 tip, which we felt was reasonable given the high quality of the experience. The combination of delicious food, friendly service, and affordable pricing makes LongHorn Steakhouse a reliable choice for a hearty meal with a touch of Southern charm. If youre in Dublin, GA, and craving a steak in a relaxed, ranch-inspired atmosphere, LongHorn Steakhouse is a great option.

Burtons Grill & Bar - Atlanta

Rating: 4.5 /5
R Reid As someone with several food allergies—especially gluten—dining out can often feel like an exercise in compromise. Usually, I’m limited to one or two options on a menu, if that. But Burtons Grill & Bar completely turned that experience on its head. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and accommodated. Their gluten-free menu wasn’t just an afterthought—it was extensive, thoughtfully crafted, and genuinely exciting. In fact, the options were so tempting that my dining companion, who doesn’t have any dietary restrictions, chose to order from the gluten-free menu too—and she absolutely loved it. Our server Brittany was an absolute delight—attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. The manager on duty also went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless and special. We ordered the steak frites and the chicken Milanese Alfredo—both dishes were executed perfectly and full of flavor. And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, we were treated to a complimentary slice of their seven-layer chocolate cake, which (yes!) was gluten-free and absolutely scrumptious. If you’re looking for a place that offers elegance, excellent service, and truly inclusive menu options, Burtons is a must-visit. I’m already planning to return—and next time, I’m bringing friends and family with me!
