5 /5 Jay K: I really enjoyed my country fried steak, especially the gravy! I love the atmosphere, and old bank building right on down to the vault. Separate bar area looked interesting, as did the buffet too. Im not sure if they offer a buffet? I found the wall covered with old pictures of the area fascinating. Did not have room, but would have loved to give a try at their dessert menu, love the variety and pictures! Will have to start with dessert next trip. And want to give their Brunswick Stew a try too.

5 /5 David Josey: My grandson and I really enjoyed the hamburgers. We had the choice of ordering off the menu or eating from the all-you-can-eat bar. Our waitress was very upbeat and friendly. The vintage photographs lining the walls were interesting and added to the overall experience.

5 /5 Staci Speaks: Night and day difference in every aspect from our experience at another local restaurant yesterday morning. The waitress was prompt, attentive, and friendly. Our food arrived promptly hot out of the kitchen. Everything that we expected before beginning the shirt drive to Highlands for the day. We will be back!

4 /5 TheMaloney: Service was really good and the waitress was VERY easy on the eyes. The food isn’t the freshest, what’s labeled on the menu doesn’t stand up to scrutiny (fresh local freshwater fish), and wasn’t too bad. Their dessert menu looked pretty good. I had the chicken liver which was a bit overcooked and dry for my particular taste, but might be fine for some. The stuffed mushrooms were microwaved, which is an unforgivable shortcut in a restaurant with a kitchen and a chef. The collared greens were good. It was very competitively priced with the 4, yes 4, Mexican restaurants in town (weird).
