1 /5 Renee Whitefield: I ordered a Jr bacon cheeseburger and the bread was stale and the burger was very dry. My 12 yr old son ordered the bacon double stack he was given a double cheeseburger with no bacon. He went in and told them it was supposed to have bacon on it. The manager walked up and asked him what the problem was and he told him. The manager got an attitude and walked to the back and put bacon in a container and slammed it on the counter. The burger should have been remade the correct way and he shouldnt have acted like it was my sons fault. We had also asked for ketchup and the lady in the drive thru said it was in the bag but it wasnt. When we asked for it after taking the food back in, we were told we had to get it out of the pump in the lobby. This Wendys used to be our favorite but it has why down hill. We will not be going back.
