3 /5 mark oberhausen: Pain in the butt automated drive thru slows down the ordering process. The car in front of us took forever with what looked like one bag of food and one drink. In such a hurry to get your next order you have to go back to add or take away.. tomato for example. And then at the window; Fifty-four cents for one ranch dressing cup for our chicken. Honestly I have been cutting fast food out of my diet, Wendy’s, I’m sad to say, is off my list.

5 /5 Robert Williams: Overall a great experience. Most fast-food joints put ice in my drink when I specifically ask for no ice, but not here! Our order was perfect and exactly what we ordered, which is rare. The wait was a little long but thats the price you pay for quality control. Definitely will be back!

1 /5 Daniel Griffin: Been here twice and both times my food has been poorly made and the ai taking my order has been far more friendly than the actual employee at the window. Went last night for a quick dinner after working late. I ordered a big bacon burger and a frostee. Drove home and went to sit down and eat and the first thing I noticed is that my medium Fry was half full and overcooked. Then I open my burger and take a bite and find out that the bacon has been left off, there is no ketchup, only 2 pickels, no tomatoes, a half a ring of onion, and very little lettuce. What they left off they made up for by replacing it with an insane amount of mayo. After working late I just wanting a hot meal and for a burger and fries to be around $15 you would think it could be made right.

1 /5 Johnny Hartley: Where to start??? This is a horrible place. The AI drive through is 50/50. The food is bad. Real bad. Got a sausage and cheese muffin this morning. First of all, I could use it as cribbage to jack up heavy equipment. My plastic knife wont cut it. Second, the sausage was apparently in a house fire that was a complete loss. Then we have this mysterious fluid. Ive included a picture that by no means gives the full story. It was puddled up in the wrapper. Probably meant to be on the muffin but due to the physics of the impenetrable muffin it was rejected. The meat patty, aka lump of charcoal, tried to absorb some on the corner but not enough to save the sandwich. I thought about giving it to my dog but I think fresh roadkill would be better at this point. Dave Thomas would be extremely disappointed.

5 /5 Jolie M.: I’ll be completely honest, did I complain (to myself) about the wait time? Yes (20-25 minutes) and only 3 cars in line. Do I keep ordering food here? YES! Why? Because they’re always on point, foods fresh and exactly the way I ordered it. Once we make it to the intercom to order, they make it up to me: staff is always polite. Now, I understand that they’re short staffed, and new- both make it harder. Now, if you’re not in a hurry for great food, yes I recommend. If you’re trying to feed a family of 7 (guilty every time) then either be patient, or go somewhere else. I have never had a problem, and I know I’ll be back. To the young man who took my order today (mobile), and brought it out to me, pretty sure he also cooked it.. you deserve a raise and real help, he went above and beyond to get it all right and still walked out with a smile on his face. Thank you!!
