Wendys - (Near Jesup, GA)

5 /5 Corinne: Love everything I get here, my only (half) complaint (if you can call it that)is the place is very dark. Especially by the registers...I even mentioned it to the one girl working there, it feels like Im in a cave! Besides that, awesome and way above average Wendys food and WAY above other fast food places anywhere...

2 /5 ClearlyAGinger: Ordered a chicken tender meal today and the cashier asked what sauce we wanted, then when our order came out the sauce wasnt on the tray, so my dad went up to get his sauce and she wanted to charge him 50 cents each, even though we were specifically ASKED what sauce we wanted with the meal. The sodas often flat/terrible, you get the smallest amount of pickles/onions on your burger possible even if you order extra, and one of the employees followed me out the door once to ask for some money with the promise of a free frosty the next time. Idk if they still work here, though; that wasnt recent. I certainly will NOT be naming names or singling anyone out, but maybe have a meeting and tell everyone in general that you probably shouldnt do that ~at~ work... The dining rooms & bathrooms are usually spotless though, and they get orders out efficiently. Sometimes someone will walk around the dining room & ask guests if they need anything.

2 /5 Rose Nadeau: I think this may be my first bad review. I havnt visited a Wendys in a long time. The staff wasnt kind (potentially overwhelmed with the volume of customers during that time of day). A couple of the staff was bickering instead of helping. I felt guilty for ordering food since they were all so frustrated. I only ordered 2 meals instead of the 4 that I was going to order. When we got our food, the order was I correct and the fries were cool to the touch. Maybe just not their best circumstance or location. I will add that unhappy or overwhelmed colleagues is typically a symptom of a larger corporate problem. Sometimes its too much work with not enough help, sometimes the wrong people for the job so others have to make up for what some colleagues lack. It had been almost 10 years since Ive eaten at a Wendys, I think im good to wait another 10...also, I had bad stomach issues for 2 days following the meal, my husband did too. Potentially food out of temperature range for too long? Or maybe it was us and unlucky timing
