Whistle Post Tavern - (Near Conyers, GA)

5 /5 Matt B: I grew up in Conyers but rarely make it back. However, my wife and I were in town and stopped in to eat. It was my first visit in ten years, and my wife’s first visit. I will keep it short and sweet. The food was awesome. The staff was super friendly and engaging! The drinks were tasty. And for what it’s worth, the prices were actually much less than other similar establishments charge. You need to go! My wife will be visiting Conyers more often just for the excuse of eating here!

4 /5 Phoenicia Malcom: My husband ordered the hottest wings and he was actually happy. Just wish the wings were fried a little harder. His friend had lemon pepper wings with dry rub and loved them. I tried the lobster cake burger for the first time and the cakes were very well seasoned and moist. I was pleasantly surprised. Fries were a little soggy which kind of tucked because they are cut like shoe string fries so expected them to be real crispy. Big parking lot. They have open mic, karaoke..etc. planning to catch one day. We will definitely return.

5 /5 Chelsea Hayton: Came here for drinks on another stop of our vampire diaries filming location exploration. We also hoped to join in on the open mic night which no one else showed up for so we kind of took over and did more of a Karaoke party lol. The staff and our server were very nice and helpful with letting us take the stage. We had a really great time. The atmosphere is really cool and rustic. If I lived in the area I could see this being a place I would frequent.

4 /5 Anthony Divinagracia: Went here for lunch with a friend this past weekend. I was quite impressed with the atmosphere showcasing lots of train memorabilia which makes sense considering its right next to the railroad. The lunch menu had quite the variety of items including sandwiches, burgers, wings and salads. I decided to go with the crab cake sandwich while my friend had champion burger. Both of our meals were good with the crab cake sandwich having a nicely toasted bun and the fries being perfectly seasoned. A shout out to our server Leslie who did an wonderful job. Overall a good restaurant to both eat and catchup with friends and family.
