Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings - (Near Gray, GA)

1 /5 Cindy & John: We visit this restaurant frequently and tonight we noticed that a man came in with a husky full grown dog and he had 3 young children with him. We were waiting extra long for our order so an employee Sable T came over to ask if I needed anything, I said we were just waiting for our order and I mentioned there was a dog in the restaurant it did not have a service dog vest on. The employee checked it out and came back and told me that the man was a friend of someone who works there with black and red hair, maybe a manager? Unknown at this point. And said that it was indeed a service dog, and I chuckled and said yeah ok if thats what you say. THAT WAS ALL THAT WAS SAID BEFORE WE WERE ASKED TO LEAVE THE RESTAURANT FOR BEING RUDE! I was not rude, or loud or negative about anything by any means, I just inquired about the dog. So you have lost our business at this location in Grey GA. Most managers love us there because they know we always gave a five star review via the receipt. Personally I feel like the employee who asked us to leave stating because we were rude, just didnt like the fact that the question was asked about the dog being in the restaurant. I am a disabled person of older age, and didnt deserve this treatment from an obviously hyper sensitive employee!

2 /5 Shirley E. Walker: I ordered the House salad with fried chicken. The salad came out nicely arranged with tomatoes and cucumbers , but once I started eating, most of the lettuce was black and rotted. I ate the chicken and vetables. I threw out the rest. I dont know who made the salad, or how long ago it was made or if it had be pre-made. Please do better Zaxbys, this salad was $11.00. Pricy to throw it away.!!

1 /5 Ryan Willis: After waiting in line for 20 minutes, I get told at 10:16 that they closed at 10:00. Online it says that they close at 11:00, so I endured the worlds slowest line ever to get us food. I had to ask multiple times if they were just closing early tonight or if thats permanent. Eventually with laughter going on, I was told it is permanent. Anybody that was working there could have came outside and let all the people know that were patiently waiting that they were not going to be served. Poor Poor leadership and management. If you see the line wrapped around your building and you know that youre not going to help those people........ They served the cars ahead of me, and I did not stick around long enough to see if they served the cars that were behind me. You just expect better service in a small town.

3 /5 S A: I love Zaxbys food but I order my meal with extra fries...they charge me the money for extra and extra seasoning yet every single time I get my meal I have to go back or call in because they NEVER give me extra. They just take my money and give me a handful of fries and call it a day. Thats ridiculous and needs to stop. If you offer extra of things then ADD THE EXTRA TO THE ORDER NOT JUST CHARGE FOR IT AND NOT GIVE IT TO THE PERSON! Do you guys see extra fries or seasoning because I sure dont.

2 /5 Steve Renfroe: Remember when Zaxbys used to sell chicken strips that were bigger than my pinky toe? Also the last time I went there the French fries were colder than my exwifes soul. They are quickly crossing themselves off my options list.
