JandL This was our first time at Fat Boys. We were passing through Sylvester and was hungry. We read it had really good reviews. We see now why. It was one of the best BBQ places Ive even been to. We had the pork sandwich and man was it good. The portions were too much too eat at one sitting (but I did anyway) and everything, including the sides was delicious. The sweet tea oh so good and the service was prompt and very friendly. It was crowded and everyone seemed to know each other and was having a good time. Dont hesitate, just go - you wont regret it!

BSS TheArtist This is an excellent Mexican restaurant. I ordered a combination and the food was uniquely delicious. Usually when you get a combination at a place it is pretty standard, but this one was very savory. My wife had the alambres de pollo and it was also very delicious. We also started with the Mexican dip,which is great. All in all a great place to eat!

Edward Lepenven It is across from Burger King in Sylvester. The food is awesome. The ice cream, blizzards, and ice cream cakes are to die for. The staff are fantastic. They are the friendliest people Ive ever met in a restaurant. The lobby and bathrooms are so spotless. The staff always have a smile on their faces. They are very polite to everyone who walks in. They made me feel right at home. I definitely will be going back.

Jeff & Tiff K I dont know whats going on with this location but the food smells like puke every time I order now. I wish I could post a picture, but of course it wont let me, of this disgusting Whopper we just got served. My husband literally just fed it to a stray dog that was on the side of the road.. I felt kind of bad that the poor thing ate it But guess better than nothing. Update: I reached out to customer service for Burger King and emailed them a picture of the disgusting Burger. We were served and advised them of the incorrect order we got. However, even with this information, all they can do is offer coupons to go back to the same disgusting place. They will not refund you the money that you spend on your food even when you receive incorrect items. Its funny though, Burger King expects full payment upon an order but they dont have to give you what you paid for. I guess thats how they make their money by ripping off customers.

M B I have truly never experienced such kind workers at a gas station. I had to stop here with some friends on a road trip and the staff were so friendly and the store was incredibly clean! Thank you for being such a great location.

R.McDaniel Do yourself a huge favor and go to Sylvester look for the large orange building and enjoy. This was the first time we have tried El Metate and let me tell you that this is well worth a 30, 60, to a 90 minute drive. Their restaurant is clean, service is very fast and super friendly, the food presentation was awesome and so delicious. The salsa was not spicy, the cheese dip was just right and the guacamole was wonderful. I highly recommend that you have your next date, business lunch or family dinner here, you will enjoy this and your guest will thank you for the great choice.

Alice Wilkey KFC i was disappointed because we had to wait on biscuits about 15 minutes. They were not done still was dough in middle and the Chicjen was not that good. The lady that took our order was very nice. Will not go back to that KFC.

Irene Ho Not sure why it’s not rated higher. I was greeted by a kind gentleman who took my order, remembered my name and waved bye as I left. The food was delicious as always. The restaurant was clean, fast, efficient, and the ladies’ restroom was also clean. Kudos to the very friendly and attentive crew there on July 3rd, 2025 at lunch time!

Leiandra McLemore It takes people to run these businesses, theyre as successful as their owners dedication to not only their profit but to those that keep the doors open, like the staff. Overall, my interaction with staff has been friendly, fast, and sometimes fun. Remember humans work there, humans that work long hours and days on end without days off. They are doing the best they can.

Its Dex Tocarra was great! And the chicken was amazing!!! Not trying to sound crazy but this was the first KFC in a while that had really good Chicken, next time I pass through town I’ll definitely stop and grab a bite ⚡️
