Sissy Smith Came to get a few cheese krystals and chilli cheese fries and was severely disappointed. For starters, the lady that took our order at the drive through had a nasty attitude. Furthermore we pulled up to the window and she still gave us the same attitude but we ignored it. I’ve worked in the food industry and understand how frustrating it can become. However to my surprise once I went to enjoy the meal the meat was gray and the buns were soggy. The fries were also disappointing as they were still frozen in the middle. We will not be returning.

William Newby Service was excellent. Got our drinks in minutes. Salads quickly arrived before we had finished our salad our food arrived. My filet was cooked to perfection. My wife and I were in the restaurant business years ago its tough but folks at Lazy frog got it figured out. Wish them the best.

S A I love Zaxbys food but I order my meal with extra fries...they charge me the money for extra and extra seasoning yet every single time I get my meal I have to go back or call in because they NEVER give me extra. They just take my money and give me a handful of fries and call it a day. Thats ridiculous and needs to stop. If you offer extra of things then ADD THE EXTRA TO THE ORDER NOT JUST CHARGE FOR IT AND NOT GIVE IT TO THE PERSON! Do you guys see extra fries or seasoning because I sure dont.

Jolie M. This place is so delicious, I’m so mad at myself for waiting to try it. I could eat this everyday!! Always perfect, on all aspects- taste, amount, service. They are on point, especially when you work all day and need good food on the way home!

Jolie M. I’ll be completely honest, did I complain (to myself) about the wait time? Yes (20-25 minutes) and only 3 cars in line. Do I keep ordering food here? YES! Why? Because they’re always on point, foods fresh and exactly the way I ordered it. Once we make it to the intercom to order, they make it up to me: staff is always polite. Now, I understand that they’re short staffed, and new- both make it harder. Now, if you’re not in a hurry for great food, yes I recommend. If you’re trying to feed a family of 7 (guilty every time) then either be patient, or go somewhere else. I have never had a problem, and I know I’ll be back. To the young man who took my order today (mobile), and brought it out to me, pretty sure he also cooked it.. you deserve a raise and real help, he went above and beyond to get it all right and still walked out with a smile on his face. Thank you!!

Berry Moore My new favorite Mexican restaurant. Great portions for the food service was outstanding. I also hear they have nighttime entertainment like karaoke. I look forward to going to try that.

Mike Bovard My Wi-Fi start by this location on our way through town. We found the dining area to be a newer design and nicer than a lot of Taco Bell‘s We have visited previously. The staff was very polite, and our food was made promptly. However, the shells were hard and dry, the food felt warm, not hot. The fillings in each dish seemed lacking. We were the first customers of the day for lunch and the dining room was empty. My only thought is maybe the soft shell containers were not closed tightly from the day before. As this has been my only visit to this location, I will try it again. Hopefully my next experience will be better.
