Theodore Lueker First time at a cracker barrel. I had the sampler. Meatloaf, fried chicken, some kind of turkey mush pie, mashed potatoes w white gravy, coleslaw, and cornbread muffins. Meatloaf was very tasty. Fried chicken was crispy and moist. The turkey pie i was not a fan of it tasted good but I dont like wushy crust. Potatoes and gravy spot on. Coleslaw crisp with great taste. All in all it was great. A lot of food for the price. Nice staff and i got my food very fast. Hard chairs bring a pillow.

L. Douglas Hogan Wow! What a memorable experience! We took our daughter here for her 21st birthday. The food was great, but the entertainment from our hibachi chef was priceless. The hibachi grill is a little more costly than table-side. If youre on a budget, ask for a table. I ordered the salmon hibachi. Each hibachi order comes with a mushroom soup, noodles or rice, and vegetables. Im attaching images of the menu. I will come back for my birthday.

McAllisters is already one of my favorite places to stop in for a quick good meal, however I’ve never received as good as customer service anywhere else than I did at this location! Maddi made sure to make us feel welcomed. We were greeted with a smile and she even checked in on us when we were eating to see if we needed anything. Everything was hot and fresh, store was super clean, we had a wonderful experience! I wish the McAllisters back at home were this great.

Beverly Heck We looked up on southern Illinois eats and found ma’s restaurant. As soon as we walked in we were greeted. Upon telling them that it was out first time there. We were Asked what we liked and given suggestions along with samples .After sampling I chose the chicken curry, bora meatballs did not disappoint.Delicious, as well as the steak dish and the peppers . All choices were perfect blend of spices, meat, veggies and rice. You will not go hungry. Staff is very attentive and making sure you have everything you need. I give it 5 stars. Good food and great prices.
