3 /5 Deronda Baughman: We were here for bow hunting for a couple of weeks and ate here twice. The biscuits and gravy were good, and my boyfriend LOVED the ham (way too thin and fatty for my taste). Everything else was fair to middlin. Eggs, toast, pancakes, bacon, sausage - all fine but nothing tasted homemade. The smothered chicken was a tiny, overcooked breast with CANNED mushrooms and mozzarella cheese. My baked potato was a little on the hard side, but fine. The yeast roll was good (premade) but since the included chocolate cake never showed up before we left after we ate our meal, I cant review it. The prices are great and the portions are generous, so I can see why its popular with the locals and hunters. Its a good thing for them theres no competition locally!
