1 /5 Randy Weissenborn: If I could give it zero I would. We had a 20 plus person party and a festive attitude for my mother in laws 75 birthday on New Years eve. Service was non existent. We all finally ordered and out of baked potatoes for a 6 pm reservation. Ok no big deal Ill get mashed. Steak came out cold along with the potatoes. 2 people didnt get their food until 25 min after the rest of us. Everyones food was cold. Fish cold, steak cold, pasta yep you guessed it cold. Embarrassing is what that epic failure was. Will not be back. Do better!!!

1 /5 twizted&sidetrack bbmc: All the food was cold but burnt we had a 20 person group waitress was rude they made all the portions way way smaller what I used to pay a total of 50 for I now paid almost 90 with a 20% gratuity charge I fully believe in leaving a tip but thats up to my discretion not theres awful service awful food will not be back

5 /5 Ted Wiborn: Food was great. We enjoyed a great burger and fantastic onion rings. The employees were very nice, professional and attentive. The business atmosphere was nice and there was a lot of cheerful people in the place. Very positive atmosphere.

1 /5 Christopher Cluck: Ordered mostly appetizers spaghetti and alfredo with a table of twelve took an hour and fifteen minutes for everyone at the table to get their food was brought out fifteen twenty minutes apart, the only appetizer that was edible.Was the chicken strips Everything else was fried to a crisp the nachos was like a plate of concrete

1 /5 Gabrielle Nicole: To our waitress we know 100% it was not your fault. They were understaffed, as we should have been able to be attended to by one or two servers for our 20+ table. Our waitress was trying to do it all by herself and keep up with our drinks and food orders. My husband waited 25-30+ minutes for his pasta dish after the rest of our table got their food. They said they ran out of pasta, but never came to tell us or even asked if we would like something different. We also had a significant other of a family member that was brought a pork chop and then had to wait 25-30 minutes for his order to be made correct which was chicken. On the already limited menu, baked potatoes were sold out before 6 p.m. Everyones food at our table was cold and didnt taste very fresh. Our waitress was flustered and very overwhelmed. If I could give tonight, which was supposed to be a celebration, a zero I would. When my husband went up to the counter to ask about his meal he was met with a staff member who completely ignored him and another staff member who just went on chatting with bar patrons. We had this reservation for a week, so it isnt like we surprised them with our large group. Some of our meals were discounted, but not the whole table. I think this is a management issue that fell heavy on their waitresses shoulders. Sadly, we wont be back.
