Bubba Lubba BBQ - (Near Paris, IL)

Siobhan Doherty I had a wonderful dinner and cocktails yesterday! Bartender was wonderful and made a delicious old fashioned and espresso martini sans cream for me (thank you!) and my dinner was phenomenal. I got the 6oz surf and turf with grilled shrimp and garlic green beans as well as a small spinach salad to share with my partner. The appetizer of lobster rangoons was delicious and the presentation was great. Fries but not overly greasy and a good ratio of rangoon to filling (something I care about). My steak was cooked perfectly and my only tiny comments to this great establishment would be my green beans could have been slightly less cooked but were delicious nonetheless, and I do have to agree with the other review that some sound dampening foam or other method for helping the acoustics could be beneficial when large groups are in. All in all I will definitely be back as the food was excellent especially for the price and the atmosphere was very welcoming and modern. Thank you!

Lindsey Rapp Went to the Arnold location and realized they had another location and had to try it. Just as amazing. I got the same food here I did at the Arnold was and it was very good! The atmosphere is pretty mild and quiet. During dinner times its a bit more loud with more crowd, which is understandable. Service is very good and attentive, and the staff is just trying to make sure everything is correct! Will be going back.

Makiyah Moody Such a beautiful restaurant with lots of natural light and a view of the river. We enjoyed the chicken bites with siracha honey, the smash burger and the kale Caesar salad. Jorge was a great server and conversationalist. Chef Paul came by the table to see how things were. Can’t wait to visit again next time I’m in the city. Cheesecake was velvety smooth too and not as heavy as other spots.

Cindy Bailey We took my 2 granddaughters there this evening. They loved it! They said best cheeseburger! They ranked it a 119 on a 1-100 scale! My husband got the salmon…always very good! My favorite is the stuffed chicken! Cocos is the best!

Paul Stuckel Best sub I have had. These guys should put Subway out of business. Service was top notch and the whole place was spotless including the bathrooms.
