Buffalo Wild Wings - (Near Danville, IL)

1 /5 Dawn Williams: Just go to McDonalds. My husbands chicken wings still had feathers on them. No joke. Pics provided. He ordered 15 wings with 2 different sauces and the wings came out as 3 sauces that he didnt order and they never brought his side. When we told the waiter, he acted like nothing happened and brought back 5 wings.....of the wrong sauce. And even after all that, we still had to fight to get the wings and side taken off our bill. Oh and our waiter kept avoiding our table after he messed the sauce up the second time. And then dropped the bill on the table as he passed our table quickly. All around, really terrible service from all and the food was disappointing.

1 /5 Jeff Stanis: Got here at noon, still here waiting for our check at 1:45. Not busy at all. Also my wife and another person indoor party ordered potato wedges with shredded cheese, when the order was brought out they had no cheese on the wedges. They asked to have cheese put on them the waiter took them back to the kitchen, about 15 minutes later he brought out their order, new wedges with cheese, but the wings were the same and sat under the warmer the whole time. Pretty sad what this place has become. I will not step foot in their particular B-Dubs again.

5 /5 Malia Williams: I was just there with my family, and I had an awesome server. His name Devon He is very adequate with taking our order and he was very friendly during his time being my server. Listening skills are a 10 out of 10 Even though we were being kind Of picky when it came to our orders.

1 /5 Kenneth Meers: I feel bad for the owners, horrible service seems to be all their employees can provide anymore. They are paying people to destroy their business. I sat at bar for 15 minutes while bartender was joking with people, when she came over I gave my food request in full. As she was walking away she stopped to visit with a friend, then went back outside. I cancelled order and left. They can’t get it together. To the owner, I have given you my feedback, I will not visit another website to do the same. There is nothing to make it right, this has been a problem for you for sometime and you are not fixing it. I will not be back no matter what, until I see current positive reviews. I value my time more than you value this business.
