3 /5 Jay Bryant: Mixed feelings about this place, they did not honor the reservation I made on their website and when I showed up, they said there’d be a 30 minute wait. Complained to the manager and the wait was cut to 10 minutes. A lot of open tables and lame excuse. Willam was a good server. enjoyed the cauliflower wings.

3 /5 Eric B: Sports bar atmosphere with absurdly loud music. Great playlist but stupidly loud. Had to ask the server to repeat everything and louder. We had to shout at each other. Good beer selection and wing sauce variety. Tasty jerk sauce but the wings were only warm, not hot.

1 /5 Rylin H: I don’t ever leave reviews but I’ve had so many bad experiences that I feel like I need to. Me and my boyfriend usually place an online order and go pick it up. The past 3 times we went, something has always been missing. I understand that can happen sometimes but it has been literally every time. One of the last times we went, my boyfriend went in to pick up the food about 10 minutes after pick up time. He stood there for 15 minutes before someone helped him. The workers would look at him and walk past him and knew he was there, but nobody helped. The food is also almost always cold. Tonight, we decided to try one more time and we got the pretzels which are one of our favorites. We always get the beer cheese, and when we tried it, it tasted soured and off. The texture was also grainy and gummy. We heated it up to see if that made a difference, but it didn’t. It still tasted bad like it was spoiled. My wings also were very gristly and had a dark spot in them. When you pay $70 for three meals, you expect it to be good. Tonight was honestly the last straw, I think I’m done here. We will never go back. Go to Marion, that one never disappoints.

1 /5 Wesley Powers: When I go it’s a 50/50 change that I won’t be able to get a table and the service is bad. When I can’t get a table, less than half the restaurant will be sat, no one will great me and give me an estimated wait or if they do give us a wait time is some ridiculous amount of time or they say something like, “come back another time”. The staff never seems to be In hurry to take care of anyone. The food is just ok, not good enough to justify poor service. They have a variety of TVs but that doesn’t justify poor service. I usually only go to BWW when I don’t want to buy UFC payperview

5 /5 Douglas Solano: I have visited countless BWW locations over the years but this one in particular went beyond positive, I have noticed that usually this smaller size location provides better customer service. Emily did a great job and I had a great time even staying longer than I was expecting.
