5 /5 Miss Decoy: We ordered a double cheeseburger, fries with yellow cheese sauce, and two drinks, and overall the food was very enjoyable. The burgers are made from real beef and cooked fresh right in front of you. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the crinkle-cut fries were served hot. The cook on the grill clearly knows what he’s doing, and his passion for cooking really shows in the quality of the burgers. I also appreciated the cheese fry options, as they offer both a traditional yellow cheese sauce and a white pepper cheese sauce—both are good choices. The flavored fountain drink options (such as cherry and strawberry) were a nice added touch and made the experience feel a bit more special. Customer service was excellent. The staff taking orders were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, especially since this was our first visit. They kept things moving efficiently, and our food came out quickly and hot. The dining area and restrooms could use a bit more attention during busy times, as some tables and seating areas hadn’t been cleared yet. That said, it appeared the restaurant was very busy, so this may have simply been a timing issue. Overall, my partner and I really enjoyed the food and would definitely return and recommend this place to family and friends

3 /5 Kaden Buker: I really really like this place, not bad prices and the burgers are so good due to the veggies always being fresh, as well as every order made fresh. I come here almost daily for my lunch break. Normally if I’m not starving I just get corn nuggets. However there have been a couple times that I don’t get a full order of 12, the times I’ve been shorted it’s between 6-9 of them. If they are counted out and I’m paying $5 for 12 then I shouldn’t be paying $5 for 6 of them. Although I get decent service from the folks there, almost the whole store is ran by high school or fresh out of high school students. If they aren’t taking your order or handing it to you, they’re sitting there with their faces buried in their phones. Other than that, I have no complaints on the food.

5 /5 Tara G: In town for work, husband was searching for something fast. Most places did not have a good review. He came across this place. Not one to chance eating somewhere new. He ordered, and it was ready before the time given. I have to say, it was very much worth the price. Not expensive. The food was delicious. We had double cheeseburgers and fries. It was around $20. I loved it so much that before leaving the next day we went back. This time we got the same thing but I added a strawberry sundae with hot fudge. This totalled about $25. The sundae was huge! Once again they really left a lasting memory. Although it is a 3 1/2 hour drive there, I would make that trip just to eat there again. A must stop if you are in Jacksonville!

5 /5 Nick Sullivan: Ordered the triple with pepper jack, loved it. A little more greasy than I prefer, but a top tier burger for sure. Would absolutely return. Appeared clean and well kept inside as well.

1 /5 Chatfield II: With all the great reviews, I had high hopes and was eager to try the burger board. I’ve been let down. I am left with disappointment. Fries are overcooked slightly burned with old grease flavor. The smash burger had good flavor, but was nothing spectacular. It was horribly put together. The drive-through staff were grumps. I have no plans to return. This will probably be the first and last time.
