5 /5 Rhonda Brunkhorst: I was there about 9AM to get donuts and they didnt have a very big selection. No cake donuts, no design for upcoming holiday Halloween on donuts or sprinkles . This isnt a very good review for 5 stars but normally is very good. Customer service is Great! Keep up the good work.

1 /5 Thomas Bishop White Tasha “Nene”: Rude staff, on roadtrip stopped for gas and snacks, woman in manager shirt gave me ugly looks when I walked in, just looking me up and down with a look that said she was displeased. So freaking rude never coming back even if I run out of gas. And bathrooms where disgusting, unclean, and smelled so bad.

1 /5 Mackenzie Lee Lynn Engler: I ordered pizza and breadsticks and to start it off my husband had went in and they didnt have our pizza done because they didnt change the paper and my order never printed off so thats okay it happens. So we sit out in the car and wait and when I go back in to grab my order I couldnt even get anyones attention because one person was on their phone not paying attention to anything and they was playing music so loud they couldnt hear me. There were two people in the kitchen the other one that wasnt on their phone was actually cleaning the fryer but the other one who was on his phone finally realized I was standing there and they had to ask what pizza was even mine because they werent keeping the tickets with the orders. My pizza was behind another one that had looked like it had been sitting in the oven for a minute and when he pulled mine out it was burnt but it didnt look to bad and my breadsticks looked a little burnt too but I was trying to be nice so I waited unti I got out to my car and my husband and I looked at both and they were just to burnt to eat, the crust was hard the cheese was burnt I dont see how he didnt just offer to remake it. Anyways I went back in to have it remade and when the cashier took the pizzas back you could hear them talking and complaining that they had to remake it which was rude so I asked the cashier if there was any way I could just get a free pizza coupon and take my business elsewhere. My kids were out in the car and we had already been waiting about a half an hour at this point already but he told me that all of their managers were out and that he already had to call her three times because they had been messing up orders all night. I was highly aggravated at this point so I just decided to wait. The pizza was okay but the breadsticks were still a little burnt. They didnt apologize for the inconvenience or anything. Needless to say I will not be ordering from Chester Caseys again! I work at a Caseys and the service I received while there deterred me going there again!

1 /5 Wendy Lawwill: I would give this store 0 stars but that is not an option! Ordered pizza and sides for 10 people well over an hour ago. The store did not tell us delivery uses a third party. Door dash driver picked up the order-an hour ago-but never delivered it! Caseys refuses to remake the order!! We are hungry....without food....and out almost $45!! Do NOT order from this store!!
