Dairy Queen Grill & Chill - (Near Mt Carroll, IL)

1 /5 jerry tibbs: This place should be closed down! The lady that runs it is always pissed at the world and is very snobby!! Dairy Queen needs to pull their franchise!!!!I used to order a medium chocolate shake and I would specify no whip cream and she would put it on there anyway. I would give it back to them but rather than do the logical thing and take a spoon and dip it off and apologize for messing up she would mix it in thinking that I wouldnt see it or taste it!! If you buy a shake or something and its made with spoiled milk they wont give you your money back because they refuse to give receipts!!!! I quit going there for a couple months and yesterday I decided I would try again nope same thing after specifying 4 time at the speaker no whip cream, she did it anyway!!!! Ill never go back again! I believe in doing business locally but not at this garbage dump!!! The man is every bit as rude as the woman!! The owners reply is phony as can be!!! Ive given them multiple times to get it right and they dont!!!! They plain dont listen!!! Theyre going to do it their way and be just as Rude!!!!

1 /5 Phil Newton: Owner was VERY rude to me today. I eat there (drive thru) 3 times a year on my way to Wisconsin. Today stopped in to get a Peanut Buster Parfait. I walked in and back to the bathrooms. The owner accosted me and told me the restroom was for paying customers only. I am a paying customer. I was just going to use the restroom first. He angrily told me I needed to pay for my food first. I told him I did not like his tone and walked out. I bought ice cream at a convenience store instead. I will never go back there again.

1 /5 Annette Denise: In the last two months, I have went to this Dairy Queen three times, Thinking to myself each time surely this lady cannot be this rude all the time. Yes, she is. Also, they can’t make a simple vanilla ice cream cake that I ordered a week in advance. Boy do I miss Jack. They Continually Ruin the experience of going to Dairy Queen and in our small towns we don’t have too many places that we can choose from. Such a shame. They do not listen to their fans as they state in their other review replies because if they did, they would have at least been polite.

1 /5 Adriana Barragan: Awful service!!! If you order online they literally YELLLLLL at you through the driver intercom to come inside!!!! THENNNNN the other day my manager went into get her food and they THREW IT AT HERRRRR!!! Then she had a coupon with her rewards and they asked her how she got her food so cheap and were yelling at her about it…. IF YOU EVER GO THERE ORDER THREW THE APP!!!! They over charge you if you don’t!!! ❤️
