1 /5 rebecca hargis: It’s honestly unbelievable that waiting an hour in a drive-thru for two ice creams is considered acceptable. There were only three cars in line, and yet I still had to wait that long. I ordered an Oreo Cupfection—no marshmallow, just hot fudge. They also put marshallmallow after asking for it not to be. Also when they finally handed it over, the hot fudge was frozen to the cup, clearly from being made way too early and stored improperly. How hard is it to make sure that your products are actually ready when customers arrive? Least they could have done was made the blizzard first not the cupfection.
Marshall Dairy Queen should be ashamed of this level of service. When you’re running a business, especially one centered around something as simple as ice cream, it’s basic customer service to ensure the product is fresh, the wait is reasonable, and the order is prepared correctly. They clearly failed on all fronts today. A major disappoint!
