1 /5 Arianna Walters: Went twice today. First time they messed up my daughter’s cone, she was hungry so let it slide. Then stopped by this evening. They took my order wrong, then when remade for got the cheesecake I paid extra for in my blizzard. I’m over it, this isn’t the first time, I figured last time they were slammed it happened, but they weren’t that busy tonight. If you want your order go to McDonald’s.

4 /5 David Magee: Went there to eat maybe about 4pm and the older lady that brings the food to ur table is not very nice dont know what her name is but asked her if she was gonna bring my food to me and she said thats what I do !!!! O ok !

1 /5 Niki Pryor: I can not wrap my head around this one?! HOW in the heck you can justify charging someone $2.59 for close to NOTHING?!? You can not truly believe $2.59 is a great price point for this? This was a forgotten item to our previous order—OUR MISTAKE FOR COMING HERE !! This is not the place to visit unless you like paying way more than what you receive back. My family and I chose to dine here two previous times, after tonight, we will not be returning.Each time the cost we pay for the quality we have received has been extremely poor.. We discussed going to McDonald’s for sundae’s or your place and our decision was CLEARLY A MISTAKE!! Your prices are far higher than other D.Q. in not to far proximity I.E.-Litchfield and Virden— We understand that you are a franchise and have the right to diversify your prices but usually when cost is significantly more it’s based on location i.e.- LA vs a town in a cornfield or quality of food and services go with the cost-As we both know in this case, this is a small town- Then the quality and service here are both not worth the inflated prices you have set.

3 /5 Tim R: Its Dairy Queen. The food is decent enough, although a little overpriced. This particular location appears to have been here since the 70s, with niot a lot of updates. But, again, its Dairy Queen; you dont come here for a 5 star dining experience, you come here for a quick meal and a blizzard.
