Hailey Jones Were not from here, just passing through, but so glad we chose this coffee shop this morning before going back on the road to finish our drive home. I was a little sad there wasnt a sit down cafe experience, it appears to be all drive thru. But our coffee and freshly made breakfast bagels were extremely good!! Macchiatos were fantastic! The text on the drink menu in the drive thru felt too small, and the food menu by the garage door before you order was really hard to read with the small sign and plants around it. But Id love to come back if I pass through Effingham again. It was all really delicious and the baristas were really kind.

Janice Butler We stopped here on our way home to Indiana. This, by far, was one of the best home cooked breakfasts weve had. Skip the big chains. They dont compare. I had a menu special of 2 homemade biscuits and gravy, home fries, 1 egg and coffee for $7. Its a little hole in the wall, so dont expect famcy. People were very nice. Update 7-8-22: People are still very nice. Theyve upgraded their booths, so no more torn seating. We got biscuits and gravy with home fries. The gravy wasnt as good as we remembered. It was too thick. The coffee had been on for awhile, so tasted like it. For 2 people the cost was $15. We will probably try somewhere else next time, which is unfortunate.

YASH MORE I’ve been too many places in Danville to eat, but this place is not only affordable with the price. They also have big portions burrito was really really good. I would recommend this turn on to anyone. Thank you so much, Diane.

Destiny Fritz It was after 11 pm. I had a late meeting, and I was ravenous. Despite being low on some food items, they were friendly, clean, professional, and willing to compromise with me without any attitude or escalation. I, too, was polite and understanding that it was the end of the day. So, I didnt get exactly what I wanted, but I got what I needed. A hot meal and a wonderful interaction. I dont remember names, but I believe it was Tuesday, December 16th.

Amber Hendricks The food is always good, but I picked up an order yesterday and they forgot part of my order, and instead of having to go back to get it, they drove all the way to wataga to bring it to me! Great service, great food, mistakes happen, it was busy and during the dinner rush, but they went above and beyond! Been coming here a long time and the service and delicious food has me coming back! Great prices too, and they give you lots!

Won Song My family first visited Mi Casa in 2021 when we dropped our kid off at Wheaton. The food was amazing back then and we finally had a chance to re-visit this weekend. The food is still wonderful and the service was great. The burritos were fantastic, as were the chile relleno. We will visit again soon!
