Jerseys Bar and Grill - Mt Sterling

James Upchurch Its really good. The food is chefs kiss. I love the old fashion saloon theme too. And I think the belt driven ceiling fans look really cool.

South Side Cafe - Rushville

Nick Vasquez Entering the establishment I swear I got the feeling of stepping back in time! I can totally imagine a black and white picture of the diners drinking coffee, enjoying their meals 50yrs ago! What an odd sensation! Forward to now, the restaurant is straight out of a Norman Rockwell painting! The food was equally remarkable! I ordered a club sandwich and fries. When it arrived I actually noticed the work and preparation that went into the sandwich I didnt order anything special, but seems special is what I got! They served the fries perfectly cooked and in copius amounts! Definitely recommend!

Saporitos Pizzeria - Lena

Jaime Rivas Saporito’s Pizzeria is about 14 miles from me i live in Freeport, but the drive was well worth it. This is a true mom-and-pop pizzeria that offers both excellent food and warm, friendly service. The pizza was outstanding—perfect crust, flavorful sauce, and fresh toppings. They also have a good selection of classic Italian favorites beyond just pizza. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, the kind of place where you immediately feel at home. Service was quick and attentive, and everything came out hot and fresh. If you’re looking for an authentic, family-run spot with top-quality pizza and Italian food, I highly recommend Saporito’s. I’ll definitely be back!

The Moonshine Run - Johnston City

Rating: 4.3 /5
William Lo We ordered the fried chicken special, catfish plate, and their fried ravioli appetizer. I have to say, the food was fantastic and I regret not going sooner! The fried chicken was piping hot, crispy, and juicy! The special came with 4 pieces and two sides. The catfish bites were heaped on the plate, seasoned perfectly, and moist!! Both plates were $17, a great value for the portion size! The tea also deserved a special shout out, as it was nice and dark brewed with a good ratio of tea and water! All in all, a fantastic restaurant in a lively bar setting. The food, value, and the service were all great. Definitely deserves a spot on your list to try out, located in Johnston City.

Christopher Kostelec New current clean look. We used the banquet room which was adequate for our 25 person party. Very friendly staff. The planning team explained the food choice packages and the cake options well. Great pizza just like the original location!

Teddys Bar and Grill - Griggsville

Kerensta Blacken This was our second visit to Teddy’s and you won’t be disappointed. I had the chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn , and we shared fried green beans and garlic curds for appetizers. Their food was delicious. The service was great. It’s a short drive from Pittsfield but I’ll definitely be going back for the great comfort food . You can order take out option too .
