Family House Restaurant Inc - (Near Bradley, IL)

Michael Regilio Our waitress was perfect. She was friendly, attentive, and 100% accurate. She also quickly brought each of us waters and the drinks we ordered. Our group had nachos and onion rings as appetizers. The nachos were great with lots of toppings. The onion rings are the super thick kind and had a slight kick to them which just arent the kind we prefer, but they were cooked perfectly and probably would have been great to someone. Our group had ribs, ribs & chicken strips, and two Roadhouse Deluxe burgers. The ribs and ribs and chicken looked good, the ribs were saucy, our dinner partners didnt comment on the taste though. I ordered my burger medium, and it was perfectly cooked. It tasted good too. I really like Logans French fries. My girlfriend who had the other burger ordered well done and hers came out medium rare or maybe even rare. We didnt complain as she didnt want to wait for a replacement and I have a feeling they would have happily made another. Overall, considering everything was priced well, it was good.

Maag Andrew (Andy) Pleasantly surprised at both the quality and price of items. I wasnt expecting a golf club restaurant to be as good as it was. Absolutely will return, and bummed that we didnt go earlier.

Dennis Haag This little tavern was nice to drop in for a bite. We had sandwich and salad. I got to have my favorite sweet potato fries also! We were in there at a slower time too, so not noisy at all.

SHE SHE Ive been here twice so far I had chicken and shrimp. The food is really good. The seasoning that they use on the fries is a light flavor but Soo good.

William McConnell The food and service was so great that we went two days in a row! The lasagna is especially delicious! Make sure you get it supreme then they bake it in the oven with extra cheese on top!

Joe Lataille Beer was truly excellent and the menu was fun and creative... I wanted to try so many things. Service was friendly and attentive, but it also only moderately busy. The exterior of the building and history were cool and the bar area was nice enough. Other than that, the interior was pretty simple. Prices for beers on tap were fine, but there werent any pre-canned or bottled take-out options... only growlers and very large cans that are canned on demand. Location is fantastic in the heart of Springfield just around the corner from Lincolns home and a few minutes from the museum.
