Connie Smelcer I am a devotee of the Bistro Cult. This is hands down, the absolute BEST restaurant in the Southern Illinois region. The atmosphere is vibrant and hip. The dining room spacious and clean. Every time we go we receive amazing service and even better food. Let me tell you, the filet mignon, the knife is only there for decor, cuz you can cut it with a spoon! Melts like butter in your mouth. And its not a hit or miss situation like with other restaurants. Its EVERY single time. The food is expertly prepared and presented. The bar and food specials are specially curated and you can tell the care that goes into both. There is nothing like Seasoning Bistro in this area. We are so lucky to have such a culinary art gallery in our midst. Glory Be to the Bistro. Service has never looked so good! ;)

19monk53 Been coming here for a few years now and its always consistent. Management runs a tight ship in that the service is impeccable, the food perfectly prepared and delicious. The place is spotless, including the bathroom, a very important detail when it comes to restaurants. You can expect if the bathroom is clean, the kitchen probably is as well. Corporate, take notice. Thanks to the management and staff for your conscientious care and service in making our visits most accommodating and pleasant. Happy New Year to you all!!!

Alexa Maxwell First time coming here.. Mal was such a great, friendly server, such a peach. Great food, everything was super fresh and hot. Everybody here was super friendly, gave very hometown vibes. Drinks were good but seemed to lack on the alcohol a bit. Definitely plan to come back though!!

Sasha Y Dark and cozy atmosphere, big portions, aldente home made pasta. The food was great, we tried signature Caesar salad, meatballs, whole sole and pasta bolognese. We aware of big portions and prepare to take left overs home. The atmosphere is nice although the place gets busy and they have to put a limit of time per table. Our waited for nice and take good care of us.

David Duggins First time here and had a fantastic time! Loaded tots were great, my wife had some amazing bacon wrapped shrimp in a hot honey sauce and I had the Cam’s bacon burger with the works! Everything was out fast and delicious. We will be coming back again and again. One of our new favorite places.

Tricia Friendly, helpful waitress, good service, delicious food, and served hot. They make their own mashed potatoes from scratch, same with the creamy broccoli soup! Yummy!! I had just come from a major dental appointment, and I needed soft food as half my mouth was numb. The tilapia and mashed potatoes were PERFECT! The soup hit the spot, as well. My husband had the liver and onions, and he very much enjoyed that, too. The servings are generous. The place is cute and cozy. All good things! If I lived there, Id go back! Definitely top notch.
