Lyndsey Hansas We went for pur 14th wedding Anniversary. First time. A fun place. Good food. Love band. Beautiful sunset. Busy! A great golf club restaurant vibe. Enjoyed the grouper and tuna as well as the good guy pizza and a bottle of wine.

Sports Corner @ 124 - Macomb

Rating: 4.4 /5
Stacy Hampton Great place to eat. We had the smoked chicken sandwich, the BBQ wings, tenderloin and cheese curds to start. Everything was delicious. The smoked chicken sandwich was big and had a sweet pepper slaw. Totally different then anything I have seen. The wings were meaty and 12 was way more then expected. The tenderloin was big and flavorful. Service was great she made sure we were all taken care of. Definitely a place to eat when in Macomb!

Lucky Scottie Restaurant - Waukegan

Jessica Bolanos We had such a great time at this bar that we ended up going twice during our short vacation! Both nights featured live music with a DJ, which gave the place a fun and energetic vibe without being overwhelming. The food really impressed us—everything was made fresh, which is rare to find at a bar. Drinks were solid and strong, with a great selection of martinis (their specialty), and each one we tried was spot on. Our waiter—who I’m pretty sure is also the owner—was incredibly nice and down to earth. You can tell he genuinely cares about the place and wants every customer to have a great experience. That personal touch really made a difference. Highly recommend stopping by if youre in the area!

Letty Maes Tea Room - Morris

Kathleen M. My husband picked this place for my birthday luncheon. He did good! I actually went in already deciding that this type of place was not “my cup of tea.” I was so wrong. When I saw that the staff were excited about the menu and ingredients I decided to eat things the way they came, Instead of making my own boring creation of my own ”safe foods”. I was delighted with their interesting pairings of flavors. If you pay attention to the food each ingredient had its own flavor space in the dish. Everything complimentary, and balanced. The ingredients are top notch, very fresh-they know what they’re doing. They brought a sample of their infamous strawberry soup (what’s that I said) it’s very refreshing and delicious. Oh, and the Whoopi’s pie, while it’s not diet, it is worth the calories. Really an enchanting experience!
