5 /5 T. Gafford: We try to patronize every Hard Rock Restaurant we can. This place did not disappoint. Always great decor & the food is of high quality & delicious. The drinks were on point & the service was outstanding as expected. We ordered the spicy shrimp appetizer, steak Cobb salad, fish & chips, Ultimate margarita & their famous strawberry cheesecake. Good times.

3 /5 Lars Idar Waage: Hard Rock Casino Rockford feels brand new — it’s so new it doesn’t even appear on Google Maps satellite images yet. After a long travel stretch, I needed food quickly, so I walked the short 200 meters from the hotel to the entrance. Inside, I took a quick look around the casino floor before sitting down at the Hard Rock Cafe section. There are a couple of food options inside the casino, but Hard Rock seemed like the safest bet. I ordered the chicken fajitas, usually a reliable choice. This time, however, they felt underprepared. A bit more onion would have helped, and the peppers definitely needed more time on the grill. For the price, it was disappointing. Price before tip: $28.75, which only added to the underwhelming feeling. Overall, a convenient meal when you’re nearby and hungry, but nothing special. And it´s very busy and noisy!

3 /5 Adriana Bello: I was looking forward visiting this location for the first time and I’m a bit dissatisfied that the food didn’t meet our expectations. We ordered two steaks and both were completely flavorless. We had to add so much salt and pepper to make it taste okay. The drinks were good and our waitress was friendly. I’m not too sure that I would give this place another try.

5 /5 Jane Landwair: Jennika went above and beyond to make our time enjoyable while we relaxed at her table during the Bears vs Raiders game, with the Chiefs vs Ravens game also airing on another screen. One of us, Tiffany, is a die-hard Kansas City Chiefs fan and unapologetic Taylor Swift superfan. Jennika noticed right away how much it meant to her to keep up with her team. She brought over a manager to change a screen so Tiffany could see every play. That thoughtful act alone set the tone for the night. She did not stop there. Later she surprised us by introducing another employee wearing a Chiefs jersey with “Swift” on the back. This turned into a wonderful photo opportunity for Tiffany and it was the cherry on top of an already memorable evening. Jennika created a moment that blended football, music, and personal connection seamlessly. Her patience, attentiveness, and genuine care turned what could have been a standard dining experience into something special. This was not just service, it was hospitality at its best. Hard Rock Casino Rockford Café, take note. Jennika is a true asset to your team. She represents the heart of customer service and deserves recognition for the way she makes guests feel valued.
