1 /5 Amanda: I went to Nashville Hardee’s yesterday for lunch, placed an order online ahead of time even. When I got to the line it was 11:35, I waited 2 mins until I got to the box, told them I had a mobile order and got told to pull around to the window. I sat there for at least 10 mins before I got to the window. In the meantime I watched as my food sat on the table in the window the entire time. She even moved the bag up closer to the window along with my drink and straw. There was a truck at the window and they sat there for a while waiting for their food. They had gotten their drinks and were still sitting there. The correct thing to have done would’ve been to pull that person foward while they wait and get the person who’s food is already up out the window… kind of common sense when it comes to fast food… I worked fast food for 3 years I know how it goes but this was not proper procedure. By the time I got to the window she just handed me everything and said “have a nice day” and I had stopped her and asked “was this sitting out here the whole time I’ve been sitting here?” And her response was “yeah sorry we are really busy, have a nice day” and I said “so I’m just supposed to eat cold food now? No I want new food”. She took the food back and said she would make me some new food. I watched her go to the food station and 2 minutes later she came back with my bag open but crumbled at the top. I left the window and pulled out to the parking lot, started eating my food and what do you know, the fries are like room temp, the sandwhich almost cold… not to mention I had alterations on my sandwhich but they managed to mess that up as well, it should’ve had cheese but there was none. I go here quite often for lunch and never had service this bad here. Maybe it was a bad day but this was a bit ridiculous. If someone from the management team sees this please do better. Some of us have 30 minute breaks with 10 minute drive time so dealing with all those issues is just infuriating when I’m just trying to get my lunch and get back to work.
