5 /5 Harbaugh Alexander Virginia “Ginger”: Food was delicious! The owner even stepped out of the kitchen to announce our friends retirement (which we were celebrating) and another persons birthday. Fries chicken- Soooo Good! Their chicken n dumplings are SO good - they ran out of them! Atmosphere - family friendly, lots of laughter, family and friend conversations!!! For wait time, I cant say, because we reserved a table ahead of time...since it wss a large party (12)

4 /5 Julie Maul: Great atmosphere, friendly server but he was in the kitchen most of the time. We were there on the 2nd day they were open so Im sure they are continually improving but the prices are extremely high for what you get. A burger was $13 and small. It was good but not filling. The menu does not give you many choices. The pickle fries were awesome but again not many of them.

1 /5 Margaret Phelps: I used to live in Millstadt and we were in town for the weekend. I saw online where the Farmer’s Inn had reopened under new ownership. The reviews were mixed but quite a few were positive about the fried chicken, and I had been really craving some good fried chicken so we decided to try it. Well I hate to say it but I’m still craving some good fried chicken. There were 3 of us. I and my boyfriend ordered the fried chicken, a breast and a wing, and 2 thighs, and our friend ordered the double cheeseburger. The breast looked good but the wing and thighs were tiny. The thighs appeared to be undercooked and when my boyfriend asked our server about it she said it was just the vein and was fine. The majority of the breast meat was so tough I couldn’t even chew it and had to spit it out. The onion rings, which also got good reviews, were not good at all. The only thing I ate were the green beans and mashed potatoes; both were pretty tasty. And our friend said her double cheeseburger was delicious, so reviews on that were on point. The atmosphere was just ok but the building’s interior and exterior could use a little renovation. It’s a shame because it’s an old historic place that could be really nice. Overall it was a huge disappointment and we won’t be back.

1 /5 Kathy Siebecker: We was very disappointed in the food&service. We ordered the steak&shrimp. it was over an hour wait, for our food & no shrimp, no butter for our baked potatoes. We both ordered med.steaks, mine was way over done&dry. When we brought it to the waitresses attention, how long we had waited for our food & how unsatisfied we where with the food, nothing was said or done, but I am sorry. Many times we have eaten at farmers Inn, this was our first time, under the new owners. Very sad to say, but for sure, will be our last.
