5 /5 Vivian Nguyen: I love Ittonken! The vibe, service, and food were amazing! I will definitely be going back again. For the price of $14.95 plus Tax/tip, the potbelly ramen was so worth it. The bowls are big, and they give a lot of delicious broth. Everything tastes really good together. It’s very well incorporated. I like how you can choose the base- Tokotsu Shoyu was really good. Also I like how you have to ask for the side dishes, so that it doesn’t go to waste for someone like me who doesn’t like them. If I wasn’t full, I would have liked to have gotten a drink at the end. I wish they would expand into more areas! The staff was pretty attentive throughout the dine-in.

5 /5 Jenny Zigler: The bento boxes are fantastic! Great flavor! Even came with a little strawberry dessert surprise. Our new favorite place for sure! Boxes came with miso soup, we ordered additional sides of edamame and chicken skewers. All of it amazing. Also, Id say out of all the miso soups Ive had in the area, and Ive had them all, this one had the most generous amount of seaweed. Which I love! A+

4 /5 RK Biziorek: First time trying this place and went on Sunday, shortly after noon. It is a little bit from UIUC campus but not too far. The food and service was solid. Food order: Tempora vegetables for appetizer, Pork Belly Ramen (tonkotsu), Scallop Ramen (tonkotsu spicy), and chicken oil noodles, and shared a mango sago (50% sugar). Food was solid overall. Would have appreciated a little more chicken in the oil chicken noodles. Ramen was good and we were offered a free noodle refill halfway through the meal but declined because we were full. Mango Sago had good flavor and sweetness with 59% sugar but would have appreciated more mango, please. Go up to the counter to pay when you are done with the meal.

5 /5 C C: We had dinner at Ittoken last week. I had the steak stir fry with udon noodles and my friend had the chicken version. The meat was tender and there was a good amount of it. I liked the variety of veggies in the dish as well. The strawberry matcha was delicious. I like that you can choose the level of sweetness. I chose 50% sweet and it was perfect. The wait staff continually filled our water glasses and were very pleasant. The atmosphere was relaxed and casual. The place itself was clean. Overall a great experience.

5 /5 Patrícia: We loved this place! The premium steak ramen was super good and the tofu oil noodles are definitely a must try. The veggie tempura came with an amazing sauce and the passionfruit green tea was so refreshing. The coconut jelly was light and not too sweet which made it a perfect way to end the meal. They also offer free refills of hot tea which was such a nice surprise. The staff were really friendly, our food came out fast, and the restaurant has a beautiful decor. We will definitely be coming back to try more dishes on the menu!
