Janalee Crowell I believe this was an old jailhpuse, The decor is cool. Theres lots to look at. Bar area in front with additional area for eating in. Another room for eating. Outdoor seating. The food has always been good and the service is friendly. They also have Bloody Mary Sunday.

Home Plate Bar & Grill - Springfield

Rating: 4.4 /5
Chad Stumph This was my first visit to Home Plate, and it did not disappoint. I had two brats with mustard, onions, and sauerkraut. They were very good, and would have been great if the onions were sauteed and the mustard spicy brown instead of yellow. Their sides include a bowl of mandarin oranges, which is a welcome change from the usual sides offered at bar & grills. I tried a blueberry lager, which was very satisfying. It was very busy during the lunch hour - a good sign - but quieted down some in the afternoon. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and made the experience very pleasant.

Flame kabob grill - Yorkville

Vossar Dain (Galaxy Wanderer) The Flame Kabob Grill was fantastic! I ordered the Flaming Chicken Breast Plate, which came with two sides of my choice. The chicken was perfectly cooked, and the flavor was incredible. I had lunch with two coworkers, and they both loved their meals as well. I highly recommend this spot if youre in the area!

Feruza Bonu Loved this Uzbek restaurant! Cozy and welcoming atmosphere with a real touch of Eastern charm. The food was delicious and hearty — especially the plov and samsa, which tasted just like homemade. Generous portions, fast and attentive service. A great place to enjoy authentic Uzbek cuisine.

Canal Port - North Utica

Rating: 4.2 /5
Sean Kutzko Went to Canal Port for the very first time today after hiking in starved rock State Park for a while. Had a seat outside and Prudence absolutely took care of us. The steak salad and fish sandwich were some of the best we have had in a very long time; huge portions. The deep fried mushrooms are incredible. Great food, super-friendly service, and an excellent atmosphere. You can’t go wrong! We’ll be back for sure.; I’ll bet you will make this a regular stop as well.

PO-Boys On Frostwood - Peoria

Rating: 4.4 /5
KGL Eickhoff Got there just before the Saturday rush, but our server Katie was on top of things! The gator bites were a good start, and while my husband liked his shrimp poboy, my root beer bbq sandwich was a taste that toook some getting used to. The drinks and desserts were delicious and were a great way to end the meal. Server Katie was attentive, speedy, and polite. We will definitely be back to try more of the extensive menu!
