The service, the Blackberry Peach Margarita & my Rancho Fajitas!!!! This might be a new regular spot before I go home after work lol

Justin Wilson Love the trains. Be sure and put a quarter in the box along the wall to make them move. Tuesday is all you can eat spaghetti. Always a favorite. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have a good salad bar with a good selection of salad and soup. Lots of parking. Lots of room for groups. Great atmosphere.

Maggie Madole The waitress was friendly and prompt! I was so thankful to have a gluten free pizza option! It was so good! Everyone ordered different meals and we were impressed by everything. We will be back!

Sarah A wonderful pub with a good variety of drinks and food! I visited during their Shepherds Pie special day. It was very tasty and a good size for just a single serving. I also ordered the Peach Cobbler Cheesecake. It was so delicious! I good mix of cheesecake and Cobbler that wasnt too strong in either direction. Would recommend either, both very tasty!

Matt Sheehan I’ll tell you what, Underground Public House has some of the best, high-quality food I’ve had in a long time. I’m the newest big fan of Scotch eggs. Oktoberfest house sausage, smoked Gouda, and more wrapped in Oktoberfest pretzel crust. 10/10, so good. I got THEE P.B.R. (Pork Belly Reuben). The meat was amazing quality, loaded with flavor, so tender. Rachel really enjoyed the filet mignon, and the Black + Blue Daily cocktail was a nice intro. The green-looking beer is the Nerdy Dancing, tastes like a Nerds rope! Definitely highly recommend checking Underground next time you’re in Carbondale!

James Corrao Jr. My server Vanessa was extremely nice and even though I got about 10 diet Cokes she was still super nice about not minding going back and forth to getting them. She recommended the special and it was the scallop and spicy tuna special. It was absolutely delicious and I also really liked the banana cream dessert. Atmosphere of the place was really nice. Its a shame. I came here while it was 40° because outdoors looks really enjoyable in nice weather. Overall the vibe inside was very nice and I did get there for dinner around 4:30 so it was a little empty in there but as I finished it was filling up for dinner.
