3 /5 Jim Beletti: It was ‘okay’. We came here for lunch around 1:30 on a Tuesday. They were not busy as we came after the lunch rush. Menus were given to us by the hostess as we were seated. Our server was by within 5 minutes of being seated. As we had studied the menu, we placed our drink and food orders at the same time. I ordered the Linch Combo and selected 2 Beef Enchiladas with Refried Beans. The ground beef wasn’t very well seasoned in my experience. I added the hot salsa to it and that made it pretty nice actually. The refried beans were decent. My wife ordered the Lunch Taco Salad. While there was plenty of ground beef in it, like my enchiladas, it wasn’t flavorful. She also added the hot salsa to it. Before adding the salsa, she noted that the lettuce was really wet and the bottom of the taco bowl was saturated. The Chips and Salsa came out right after our meals were dropped. So that was odd. But good news - the chipped were super crispy and tasty and the 2 salsas were great too. We both ordered Wine Sangria. There want any fruit in them but they were tasty. The menu here is Humungous. Something for everyone for sure. And it was I that they had lunch dishes at a lower price (~$10).

3 /5 quad zilla: The food is not great but its good. Kind of a weird greasy aftertaste was not appealing after having the steak. Service is pretty good, chips good, salsa was very plain and the spicy option was a bit too hot. But what do you expect from one of the only mexican spots around. Prices were ok.

1 /5 Big Papi: Man this place kinda sucks im not gonna lie ordered birria and got what looked like chewed on fat but there was still plenty more tacos to enjoy so wasnt too mad the portion on it wasnt bad then ordered a burrito the same price as the Birria and what a shame burrito was smaller than one of the frozen el Monterey burritos that come in an 8 pack for 5 bucks thats right for 20 bucks theyll serve you a burrito smaller than one that comes in a 8pack for 5 bucks from Walmart kind of a shame cuz theres a place 4 minutes down the road that for the same price will serve you a burrito the size of your firstborn. Ill be going to sabor and leaving this place in the dust were it belongs :)

5 /5 Hugh Allspaugh: This is a comfort food destination. They are consistently good, polite, efficient and overall the Mexican food is basic but very good. And the vibe is super authentic-artwork, music, staff. Definitely glad to have this in Galena.

5 /5 Whitney Potts: LOVE carnitas and Al pastor here. Both the mild and spicy salsas are fantastic! My bf loves the steak nachos. Always a pleasant experience here through and through for delivery or dine in. Thank you! Hidden gem.
