2 /5 Lillia Osadzinski: Pretty disappointed with our most recent experience here. We drive through a few times a year and usually stop for lunch, but this visit fell short. I completely understand that it’s the holidays and the long line was expected. However, after being told they were out of broccoli, we ordered a fruit cup for the kids. When we returned from the restroom, we were then told they were also out of fruit and that our food would take an additional 40 minutes, after we had already waited about 20.
This was extremely frustrating. I asked to speak with a manager twice and was told the manager would not be coming. Ultimately, I requested a refund and left. Unfortunately, this was not a good customer service experience.
