Danielle Neal The place was clean. We had 2 apps both fresh breaded and not from a frozen bag. Dinner was a smash burger nice and juicy and the grilled chicken sandwich was delicious. The chicken had great flavor. Will totally go back when we are in town.

Michelle Foy Moontime Smokin Que is a hidden gem of a place in my opinion. It’s located right next to the Crystal Lake train station on the side street. We tried a couple items which were all very good. For starters smoked chicken wings were very flavorful! Even for health conscious people, they are smoked not fried. We also had a bowl of thier chicken chowder whereby the chicken pieces were smoked and gave a unique flavor to the soup. The corn muffins were ok but could be better. The beef brisket we ordered by the pound was full of flavor. They smoke all the meats on site and boy are they good. We like that they asked which cut of meat we would like; lean, fatty or mixed. I think it’s good to try both your first time. We tried both and both were very satisfying. The coleslaw was very good too. It was fresh and a nice change up being a mixed flavor of sweet & tangy. They offer several inhouse made sauces including a new one that is spicy sriracha. It complimented everything really nicely. We would have loved to have tried desert but we didn’t have room and took some of the leftovers home. If you’re looking for really good traditional smoked bbq and can’t get to Texas then this IS the place!!

Erica Schisler I got the Veggie Naan sandwich with red pepper hummus delivered. It was so delicious! I am a very picky vegetarian. This sandwich is FIRE! So good! Was so happy to see a real vegetarian option and not the typical junk other restaurants offer as vegetarian meals. Highly recommend! Kelly Collins We had a great time. One of our kids asked to try Hibachi for the first time so we did. Both of our kids loved the show Sam put on and one already asked to come back for their birthday in February. Both especially loved the soup as well!

nJOYing Lif The restaurant is family owned and one of three locations. Located in a trendy newer section of the area near other restaurants, businesses, a movie, and Holiday Inn Express. Parking is abundant and adjacent to restaurant in its own parking lot. The Spanish styled decor is rustic elegance. Its clean and smells good inside without any offzputing odors. Lighting is comfortably lowered. Every staff member was friendly, ambitious, and helpful. The food was delicious. Chips and salsa scored a 100% on "my must be good" scale for Mexican restaurants... you foodies know what I mean. I dont drink Margaritas anymore but my mocktail version was delicious without the mocktail price tag being charged these days. I was very impressed to see a team meeting/huddle taking place just prior to the dinner rush hour. Its obvious that this place is successful for all of the thoughtful experienced details well taken care of. Ill return frequently.

William Over This place was so so good!! We loved the atmosphere and the waitress was awesome! They have a very cute outdoor patio on the side but we chose to eat indoors since it was kind of chilly this morning. My fiancé had the breakfast sliders which she truly loved. Cheesy scrambled eggs with a delicious sausage pattie on a fresh bun with a side of breakfast potatoes, what more could you possibly ask for!? It was cooked to perfection too! I had the Churro Hawaiian French Toast and it was some of the best French toast I’ve ever had. We really enjoyed our visit and would definitely come back to try this place and again!
