McDonalds - (Near Havana, IL)

1 /5 Prickly Media: First impressions are everything, so I should have know the type of service I was going to get based on the state of the facility. We waited over 25 minutes for cookies… cookies. This had been the worst McDonalds. From now I’ll consider going to the other McDonalds we have here in Havana… jk this place blows

5 /5 Rob Cook: Hot and fresh as always. This is a perfect place for a stop and a meal. Staff was very friendly. It was a great resting place fir the drive from Galesburg to Springfield. Have used it 2 time and plan to again on our next trip south.

1 /5 Steven Bartels: Fries over priced and cold. Hot apple pies were not hot or even warm. Very close to ( 12 minutes) the enjoy by time and half of the pie was un eatable. VERY DISAPPOINTING Definitely not worth the $9 spent on this crap.

1 /5 George Surratt: This is one of the dirtiest restaurants Ive been in and never understood why the employees never wear the required beard net and hair nets? The women working the windows in the mornings are so sweet and always bring a smile to our faces.

5 /5 Jeremy Haynes: Ok so my luck with McDonalds (Pekin Locations) and order accuracy has been well below par. However the staff and overall speed and efficiency at the Havana location has redeemed a bit of hope that there still are locations that address customer satisfaction as their #1 striving goal. Now I did go into the store on Spoon River Drive weekend and the store actually looked clean. So, if you are from the area you know what this means for traffic in general. This stores location is on the corner of one of the busiest intersections in Havana. So, needless to say, I know they were hit pretty hard several times over again. However the soft drink area was wrecked and this was amazing to be honest. That means everybody was thristy and in a rush and not.in my way. Good Job staff, seriously. But that is the reason for 4 Stars under Atmosphere. At a later date this review could very well be updated or edited. Wait, what was that? You dont believe me? Well go on....... go see for yourself. Dont worry I will be right here waiting to see what your review says..........
