Monicals Pizza - (Near Arcola, IL)

Leonard Really good southern food here. The portions and price suck but the flavor and service is there. I ordered the fried shrimp. Good batter, not super crispy though. And the shrimp were medium and not super cooked like I prefer for the texture but still really good. The buttermilk biscuit was perfect. The Mac n cheese was pretty good as well just oily. Its sort of like a sports bar inside. Theres also seating outside. Again pretty good, just of they lowered the prices or beefed up the portions it would be aligned in value.

Michael Regilio Our waitress was perfect. She was friendly, attentive, and 100% accurate. She also quickly brought each of us waters and the drinks we ordered. Our group had nachos and onion rings as appetizers. The nachos were great with lots of toppings. The onion rings are the super thick kind and had a slight kick to them which just arent the kind we prefer, but they were cooked perfectly and probably would have been great to someone. Our group had ribs, ribs & chicken strips, and two Roadhouse Deluxe burgers. The ribs and ribs and chicken looked good, the ribs were saucy, our dinner partners didnt comment on the taste though. I ordered my burger medium, and it was perfectly cooked. It tasted good too. I really like Logans French fries. My girlfriend who had the other burger ordered well done and hers came out medium rare or maybe even rare. We didnt complain as she didnt want to wait for a replacement and I have a feeling they would have happily made another. Overall, considering everything was priced well, it was good.

Angela Gruber Were passing through on a road trip from PA to Mo. We thought wed try a BBQ place and looked up local places when we stopped. Holy COW!!! Well, pig. This is some of the BEST BBQ Ive had. This place is hoppin and worth every cent. Dont miss this place!

Mandy Burrus Edit from 1st order: 2nd time ordering, I went with my first time choices. 3rd time ordering, and I got the Cucumber Salad and Crab Meat Fried Rice. Crab Meat Fried Rice is phenomenal! Everyone should try it! GREAT service and food. Will be ordering a lot from now on! GREAT first experience with Thai Town! I ordered the Oyster Sauce entree with the meat choice as tofu. Excellent portions, served with jasmine rice. They even gifted me with 2 crab rangoons and a perfect portion of sweet & sour sauce with it! The sauce by the way is the best sweet & sour Ive had, hands down. Will definitely be ordering again soon!

Fred Ehrman The Indian food for lunch was really good. The Lamb Rogan Josh was the best I’ve ever had, with super tender lamb and a great sauce. Chicken tikka masala was made the good way, with the chicken cooked in a tandoori oven. And there were several other good dishes to be shared family style.The garlic naan was excellent. There was a friendly welcome from the owners and good service from the waiter and servers. And of course, I had to finish the meal with a great bourbon. We always enjoy our visit.
