The communication leading up to the event was seamless and professional, which instantly gave us confidence we were in good hands. We had a few dietary requests, and Oak & Alchemy handled them thoughtfully and without hesitation, something that truly sets them apart.
On the day of the event, the staff was friendly, prompt, and incredibly professional while serving our guests. They struck the perfect balance between being attentive and allowing the event to flow naturally.
And then there was the food — wow. The pulled pork was hands-down the best we’ve ever had. The brisket was tender and flavorful, and the organic smoked chicken now lives rent-free in my head. The mashed potatoes are an absolute must-try, and after chatting with the owners, it’s clear how much care and intention goes into perfecting every recipe- including their mac and cheese, which has clearly been dialed in to perfection. The BBQ sauces were outstanding, and the cornbread was the perfect finishing touch to an already unforgettable meal.
