River City Grill - (Near Peoria, IL)

4 /5 Sharise Sutter: If your from Chicago and youre looking for a beef sandwich with mozzarella and marinara. COME HERE! My hubby and I finally found the real taste of Chicago in Peoria. Didnt think we would finish the sandwich we both ordered... but it was so good you didnt want to stop eating it. It could of used just a bit more sauce and cheese. Overall it was very yummy. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for bringing that original beef sandwich taste to Peoria.

5 /5 Spencer Torrance: Was a little bright for me,but I had a headache. Food was amazing and good price. Wife had the loaded fries and I had the gyro platter. Ask for a second pita cause you will need it.

4 /5 Debbie Haeger: 3 steak tacos (Mexican style), fries and a can of soda just over $17. Tacos were very good- would order again. Fries had some nice seasoning on them

5 /5 Chris Smith: Really good service, we thought the food was pricey at first, until we saw the portions! Huge portions and the owner was super friendly. Even brought us out some gyro meat to try and it will definitely be something we get next time! We got a Philly and an Italian beef (my husband doesn’t do veggies so the Italian beef was plain) but he said it was delicious and the meat very tender and moist with great flavor. We skipped on fries because we couldn’t even finish the sandwiches! Definitely reminded us of home! We will be back!

5 /5 James Kirkpatrick: A gem! The place is clean and the good was great! The food was fresh and the people friendly. There is a full bar with beer and cocktails. The gyro salad I ordered was very fresh and the pita was warm. Recommend!
