5 /5 Shailu Konala: Tried Signature Grill Fusion Cuisine recently and it was fulfilling! I ordered the pizza dosa and pav bhaji, both were amazing. The pizza dosa was crispy loaded with cheese, veggies, and all those pizza flavors. It’s kind of a dish that grows on you once you try. You get that South Indian crunch with a cheesy, tangy pizza vibe. Loved it! The pav bhaji was just as good — buttery, spicy, and with full of flavour. The pav was soft and perfectly toasted, and the bhaji had that proper street-style taste. The place itself has a nice vibe, and the staff were really friendly. Definitely going back to try more stuff.

5 /5 Anirudh Iyer: The food is really really good. It caters to everyone wanting Indian food: the BYO is really good when I want a quick meal but the a la carte menu is to die for. The staff is incredibly nice and even kind, and have spotted me a buck in the past when I’ve been short. Additionally, being South Indian, this restaurant offers dishes from my childhood I never expected to find in America, like Kothu Paratha. This restaurant clearly cares about the food they put out, and they care about their customers even more. The ambiance gets a little loud sometimes to dine in, but completely worth it for fresh and crispy dosas. Recs: Gobi 65 Fried Rice, Paneer Butter Masala, Chettinad Paneer, Ghee Masala Dosa, and BYO samosa chaat bowl. Best mango lassi in chambana.
