Antonio Miguel Don Ole Mexican Restaurant is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Highland Illinois. The food tastes very authentic. The size portions are large, and no matter how busy the restaurant is, the food is always served in a timely manner. The wait staff are very kind, efficient, and attentive to your dining needs. The main dining room is quite large and is filled with a mixture of booths and tables. The decorations, pictures, and statues are fun. The restaurant is generally busy. When there are a lot of kids, the restaurant can have a lot of background noise. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. There is parking on both sides of the restaurant. The location is easy to find and centrally located. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Leanda Seaton I have never been here before, even though I love 15 minutes away. I came here for a coffee and ordered a fluffy bunny iced coffee, which is toasted marshmallow & vanilla. It was pretty good, and the service was also great. I enjoyed this coffee shop. The inside is very cozy, and the baristas are nice.

Amanda Rose I came down from Chicago as a tourist. I have never experienced fried sliced mushrooms till I got here. I don’t think I could ever go back to whole mushrooms. The batter was so light and flavorful that’s including the onion rings. I originally got the garlic cheese carts. They were so delicious that I ended up ordering later on in our meal the spicy cheese curds. A spicy cheese curds Will creep up on you and the heat will stay with you but in a good way and not as a punishment. I asked the waitress about the batter and she had said that everything is battered by hand. Before I go onto our main meal, I have to rave about the ranch! Thick tangy housemade; I wanted to take this back to Chicago. The Warf Burger was delicious but the Canadian bacon put it over the top and the grilled onions were a touch of perfection. The mashed potatoes was a bit basic but that gravey was absolutely fire! The buffalo chicken horseshoe was thick! So much cheese (who’s complaining?)! The chicken was moist and cooked perfectly. The buffalo sauce was a great contrast with all that cheese. They serve Pepsi drinks.

Brett Bonner The Lemongrass Cafe has swiftly become my favorite restaurant. Every visit has been a consistent escape from the poor service culture that seems to exist today. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is amazing and the service is thoughtful. You may see me there on any given Tuesday.
