State Street Diner - (Near Geneva, IL)

5 /5 J OBr: This is the perfect hometown diner! Excellent food, hardy portions, service that is on top of everything. You will never see the bottom of your coffee cup unless you say NO. MAS! Atmosphere is what it says, has the diner feel, they great you warmly as you enter. You will enjoy immensely and well fueled to takle your day!

Servings were generous, but also reasonable for most appetites. Small mugs for coffee, but they offer refills frequently. We will be back!

I was surprised at how big the diner actually is. It appears small from the outside, but it a very quaint. I found the diner to be vary clean, the staff are friendly. My waitress was Ariana, she greeted me with a big beautiful, friendly smile. I had coffee, a half order of biscuits and gravy with two eggs over easy. Everything was perfect. The price was 14.15 which is a fair price. This diner is a classic, family owned place, a hidden gem in Geneva. I will be back to try their other items.
