Subway - (Near Carlyle, IL)

1 /5 Chad Rakers: The worst customer service we have experienced in a long time. After they messed up every sandwich in a 5 meal sandwich order. They dont offer to remake your sandwiches that look awful anyways they offer to give you the stuff they left off with a nasty attitude. "What do you want me to do about it" Sad world we live in. Goes all the way to the top in this ownership.

3 /5 Aubree Mitchell: The food was really good. My order was ready when I got there to pick it up. Staff was friendly. I just wish that they stayed open later like the rest of the Subways around. If they did I would probably go there a lot more often.

1 /5 Kid Fop: I grew up here in this town, and as a repeat customer (who was very polite from the moment i walked in to the end) to the two young gals working the evening, I felt i was an inconvenience to them. I only ordered 2 sandwiches and knew exactly what i planned on ordering before i came in as to not take too long. They did not make me feel welcomed, they barely showed any kind of friendliness, no customer service towards me which I know a thing or two about. So to say, "put the cap on the end" before I walked out with my order, I looked back at them and said "Thank You". Twice! Thank You! They didnt say a word. Sadly this is the only bad review I have wrote and whats even worse, this establishment is from my hometown! Probably wont ever be back since thats what that wanted.

1 /5 steve kleiboeker: We stopped for sandwiches yesterday (10-6-2024). It was like we were a bother to them. Not very friendly at all. Then when she rang it up it came to almost $85. That was 3 footlong and 2 six inch sandwiches with 4 small drinks and one medium drink and 5 chips. When I questioned it she made no effort to double check to see if it was right.
