Subway - (Near Havana, IL)

4 /5 Dana K: Subway has good food, this location is hit or miss. I dont like toasted bread but do like my meat hot. They heat it up for me, but the time it takes them to put my toppings on, my meat is cold as I walk out the door. By the time I get home I have to microwave it, then all my toppings get cooked.

2 /5 Wesley Stoneking: When we arrived, there were four employees in there and they were all standing around toward the back talking like they were having some sort of a meeting or something. We waited for five minutes or better and then they started walking around and not paying any attention to us finally one employee put on a pair of gloves and started taking our orders and as I progressed with my order, a lady helped me and then the guy helped my wife. I then paid for it and the woman never did go back to help my wife so the guy had to do all the work and my sandwich was so mangled. I couldn’t even eat most of it. I had to pick the meatballs out of it and throw the rest of it away. It was a disaster.

1 /5 Jackee Riley: Very disappointed. I know for sure my race had a lot to do with it. "Prove me otherwise" So I placed my order on line while inside subway for my discount. I watched the young lady put my order on the table and there was 2 head of me. Im waiting for awhile now and noticed she was taking other orders coming in and skipping my order. A lady walked in stated "I just placed my order I will wait" The subway worker asked what her name was and pulled her order and began filling it. I asked her why does she keep skipping my order and she said I will do yours next (Um maam you should have been finished my order) When I tried talking to her she completely ignored me wouldnt say anything to me. I asked for a manger again not one person would say anything to me. I recorded it and will make a formal complaint.

5 /5 Britney Guzman: Staff are great. They work hard even when its busy and only two people there working. Very friendly and fast.
