From Monday to Friday, between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm, customers are attempting to grab their dinner, yet only one employee is scheduled to handle the entire store. This leaves the lone worker overwhelmed with both walk-in and online orders, resulting in long wait times for the customers. It is unacceptable that during peak hours, there aren’t at least two staff members on duty to manage the influx of patrons. In contrast, on a Saturday morning, a female manager was observed working alongside two other employees, which significantly alleviated the workload and had no wait times! This disparity highlights a troubling trend: the Subway location is losing business each evening due to inefficient management and the frustration of customers who are tired of waiting in line. *this is in no way a complaint about the poor kids who are busting their butt every night by themselves!
