Taco Bell - (Near Flora, IL)

1 /5 Brett Barrett: I went in the store on Tuesday Oct 1 2024 and ordered a simple number 2 which is the most simple order on the menu 3 regular soft shell tacos which is meat,lettuce, and cheese and get my order there is no lettuce on my tacos! So I simply take them back to the counter and ask if I can get some lettuce and he said oh I’m sorry we forgot to tell you the whole store is out of lettuce! So you get 3 things on your taco and they leave one of them off but still charge you full price and don’t tell you before ordering! I won’t be back

2 /5 Bill Bob: "You might use the kiosk. It might be faster. $2000 machine." Somebody walks in not 5 minutes later and is immediately helped with fast friendly service. The food wasnt hot but it wasnt exactly cold. Ill give the food 4 stars. The service was awful. Oh well. Id probably hate my life if I had to wait on people, too.

1 /5 Christopher Wall: The food came out weird tasting and the service was super lack luster.. the blue haired Rhino at the window didn’t even ask if I wanted any sauce… I had like 6 tacos.. maybe ask if they want sauce before closing the window? Also Chulpa was way under cooked lol

1 /5 The Traveling Man: I was passing through on my way back home and decided to stop for a late Supper. It was around 9:50 pm on Saturday night November 5, 2022. After ordering, the young girl said the dining room was closing. I ask if I could sit inside or if I should leave. She said as long as I didnt make a mess I could stay. Right after that, the guy who took my order told me to leave. Girl said I could stay then he scolded her for telling me that and to not be telling people that. It wasnt too loud but I could hear him say it. I left and ate in the car. Not worth this young girl getting in trouble for. If your lobby is closing either lock the door or tell people they cant eat inside. I felt bad for this young girl dealing with this guy. She deserves better and he needs an attitude adjustment.

2 /5 Jessica Roman: I ordered a numbered meal. The 2 chalupas plus a taco. I asked for steak instead of chicken. I was handed 3 soft shell tacos with steak. When I took it back in they said they couldnt take it back but I could order and pay for some chalupas. The mt. dew was good....
